Modular Building - Changing Pavilion Lowestoft

The big idea?
This stunning 10 bay single story modular building is the first step to develop a major new education campus within the Lowestoft area. When completed the site around this modular building will boast a new floodlit all weather sports pitch, café, sports pavilion and on site parking. The idea is to encourage young people to continue learning after they have left secondary school developing a new education campus for the town.
Why a modular building?
A modular building was an ideal solution for this project, it provided flexibility to design and construct a modern and practical modular building. The project was designed, manufactured and delivered within 7 months and due to the controlled environment for constructing modular buildings was completed on schedule and within the original budget.
Why Integra Buildings?
After reviewing the previous educational projects delivered by Integra Buildings and discussing the objectives of the building with our talented team of designers, Lowestoft college awarded the modular building contract to Integra Buildings.
Integra buildings supplied and erected a fully compliant changing pavilion c/w all aluminium powder coated windows and powder coated doors, including a roof light with a sweeping Trespa roof, fascia, soffits, cedar external walls with a separate external area of render. Integra completed all the internal works including floors, walls and suspended ceilings, gas fired wet heating system, fire/intruder alarm, all plumbing and hot water boiler.
Update
Now completed, the pitches, changing rooms and on-site classroom are used by local sports teams and students from the proposed new sixth-form centre which will be built alongside Lowestoft College.
