Modular Building, Kingfisher Hotel
This two storey modular hotel was a challenge as the client wanted to fit the 24 bedroom modular hotel onto existing foundations situated on a stepped sloping site which had planning permission for four houses.
Why a modular building?
The access to the site was limited due to the location of a main access road. Our modular building solution allowed us to construct the building offsite, reducing the construction time required on site.
The client was looking for a solution that could provide a guaranteed completion date allowing them to promote Christmas events with confidence that the building would be completed. This was not possible with traditional building contractors however, Integra Buildings modular building solution removes external factors that can cause projects to overrun and delivered a perfect solution on time and within budget.

This resulted in a design that looked back to front however, it also provided a very practical modular building that when completed looked and felt like a building built using traditional methods.
