Modular Building, Buttons & Bows Nursery

The restricted location of this single story modular building made a modular building an ideal choice over traditional methods. However, the brick skinned finished and pitch tiled roof provided a completed modular building for the nursery with a very traditional look.
Why a modular building?
The access to the site was very restricted and provided Integra buildings with a challenge to remove the old panelled building and install a new modular building for the children attending the Buttons & Bows Nursery.
Due to the restricted timescales of and a brief to complete the building within the school vacation period a modular building solution was ideal with a guaranteed timeframe, guaranteed costs and also a clear view of what the finished nursery would provide in terms of facilities.
Why Integra Buildings?
Previous modular buildings that have been erected for nurseries similar to the Buttons & Bows nursery and past a list of satisfied clients who were willing to vouch for our excellent quality ability to deliver within timescales and budgets made Integra Building Ipswich’s council the preferred contractor.
Integra’s talented site investigators discovered that the foundations had to change to pile and beam design due to poor ground spots. This early diagnostics allowed the ground work to be completed whilst the modular building was being constructed within the Integra Buildings factory allowing the building to be completed within the agreed timeframe.
