Jobs Created as Integra Announces £1 million Expansion

Integra Buildings Ltd has invested £1 million in a new manufacturing site in Paull, creating 25 new jobs for the local workforce.

Burstwick-based Integra is expanding into manufacturing anti-vandal units – Integra AV – in a £1 million investment that shows Integra’s continued growth and commitment to invest in the local economy.

Integra has purchased a 32,000 square foot factory and office facilities on two-acres of land west of Paull village, East Yorkshire.

Integra has appointed Hedon-based John McGlynn, who has 28 years experience in the steel fabrication industry. As production manager he is driving forward the project and with his team he is now on-site upgrading the facilities and preparing to take on 25 new members of staff.

Integra Buildings Ltd has been designing and manufacturing prefabricated and portable modular buildings nationwide for 10 years. Based at the 25,000 square foot Burstwick head office site, Gary Parker, managing director, said today: “This million pound investment is the result of a lot of forward planning for Integra. Previously we have bought in the anti-vandal units, now we are going to manufacture them ourselves.

“The expansion for Integra is a major investment in the local economy and meets our business desire to drive forward the Integra brand.

“With this substantial investment we will fast become one of the major players in manufacturing anti-vandal units in this region.”

Integra is now recruiting welder/fabricators, paint sprayers, labourers and joiners.
