Modular Building, Netherton Park Nursery

This single story modular building was required to extend the existing building to provide additional room and resources for an expanding nursery.

Why a modular building? 

As the existing nursery building was still being used it was important to provide a solution that would impact the least on the children’s activities.

To keep noise and disruption to a minimum a modular building was chosen for this project and Integra buildings the preferred contractor to deliver the building due to the excellent reputation within the nursery sector.

Why Integra Buildings?

Planning and site surveys were extremely important to the smooth construction of this challenging project. The new modular building had to adjoin the existing building perfectly linking drainage, heating and electrical systems along with appearing to be a natural extension of the original building.

A brick skinned and a pitched roof with a concrete tiled finish matched the original building exterior perfectly whilst internal walls built with plasterboard and dry lined with a suspended ceiling allowed the interior to feel like a natural extension to the old nursery classrooms.
