Two Storey Modular Building, North West Nursery
This two story modular building was another modular building project for Ipswich council delivered on time and within budget for the North West Wigwam Nursery.
Why a modular building?
Following previous modular building developments undertaken in partnership with Ipswich Council and Integra Buildings, a modular building solution for Wigwam Nursery was the obvious choice.
Using modular building techniques and building the elements back at the factory Integra Buildings were able to create the elements within a specified timeframe and could guarantee that the new modular building would be open for the new term in August 2004.
Why Integra Buildings?
The unique design of this two storey modular building by Integra Buildings providing was a huge hit with the Wigwam team, a single brick skin was used for the lower level of the modular building and a cedar boarding complemented the finish on the first floor.
Again the Integra Buildings site survey team designed a layout and pad foundations to miss the existing drainage and soakaway pit left from the old building.
