Sales Executive

Looking to break into sales or level up your experience in a fast-paced, growing company? This one’s for you.

We’re on the hunt for a motivated, enthusiastic and people-savvy Sales Executive to join our Business Development team. Whether you’re early in your career or already have sales experience under your belt, we want to hear from you!

You’ll be working alongside two seasoned Business Development Managers and directly with our Head of BD supporting and growing relationships with some of our most valued clients. This isn’t about hitting a phone target and calling it a day. It’s about building trust, providing solutions, and playing a key role in delivering high-quality service for everything from AV units and single cabins to small modular developments.

If your background includes time on a hire desk, or experience in construction or MMC, you’re already speaking our language.

What You’ll Be Doing

Sales Support & Client Coordination

  • Be the go-to support for our Business Development Managers (BDMs).
  • Manage and develop strong relationships with existing key accounts.
  • Handle new sales enquiries and generate quotes particularly for single-unit and small modular builds.
  • Work closely with design, operations, and finance teams to get the job done.
  • Enter quotes/orders into Sage 200 (don’t worry we’ll train you if you’re new to it).
  • Keep clients in the loop by chasing order statuses and updating internal systems.

Commercial & Reporting

  • Assist with performance and sales reporting for the Head of BD.
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date records (attention to detail is key here).
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or re-engage existing clients.

Learning & Development

  • Join us on site for hands-on training and mentoring.
  • Shadow experienced BDMs and learn the full business development cycle.
  • Follow a clear progression path with the goal of stepping into a BDM role in 3–5 years.

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves

  • Previous experience in sales support, customer service or similar ideally in construction, hire desk, or modular environments.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and keen to follow things through to completion.
  • Strong communication skills you’re confident, clear and can build trust with ease.
  • MS Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook you know your way around).

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience working directly with Business Development Managers.
  • Familiarity with Sage 200 or another order processing platform.
  • Solid understanding of the construction, MMC, or hire industry.

What You’ll Get

  • Career Progression: Grow into a Business Development Manager role in 3–5 years.
  • Real Training: Learn from people who’ve been there, done that, and want you to succeed.
  • Team Spirit: Work with a supportive, driven group of professionals who look out for one another.
  • Client Impact: Help shape how we deliver for our clients and represent a company that values quality and reputation.
  • Autonomy with Support: You’ll have space to own your role—and the backup to thrive in it.

You’ll Fit Right In If You…

  • Want more than a job you want a career in sales.
  • Bring energy, curiosity, and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Are self-motivated, team-focused, and always up for helping others.
  • Are not afraid to go above and beyond when it counts.
  • Like being part of something that’s growing because we definitely are.
