The new sports pavilion provides four changing rooms, two match official changing rooms, spectator WCs on the ground floor. This layout has been based on the FA approved layout. To the first floor a flexible club room, meeting/training room, bar and kitchen. The building also incorporated a depot building for the STC ground maintenance team to house large equipment.

• Two storey sports pavilion building with a Rockpanel exterior finish in natural and brown manufactured in 16 bays
• To the ground floor 4 team changing rooms, two match official changing rooms and WC’s
• To the first floor a club room with bar and kitchen and a meeting/ training room.
• The building also offered a double height storage ‘shed’ for large club equipment and staff facilities

The Southborough Community Hub is a new
community facility for the people of Southborough and High Brooms. Designed to
provide a flexible, multi-use community building providing a library, community
hall, community rooms, medical centre, town council offices and retail space.
We undertook the works to the separate sports pavilion including changing
rooms, facilities for the football club and Southborough Town Council
maintenance staff. On the first floor a flexible club room, meeting/training
room, bar and kitchen. A depot building for the STC ground maintenance team is
part of the pavilion building with a link to an external secure yard. A store
and workshop (to accommodate large equipment) to be separately accessed
externally and staff welfare accommodation.
