Working within a narrow space between two buildings on site modular construction was the preferred method for the construction of this two storey Research & Design Building which was required in a tight programme and with a little site noise and disruption as possible.

Integra Buildings undertook the full turnkey of works including the Groundworks, Services, Foundations, Design, Manufacture, Delivery and Installation.

Bespoke Specification:

• Two Storey Research & Development Office Building manufactured in 42 Bays measuring 73.4m x 9.9m plus first floor linkway to neighbouring building

• To the GF large canteen with open kitchen/ servery, seating areas, WC facilities, and office & meeting rooms

• To the FF open plan offices with a number of meeting rooms varying in sizes

The new design building at Triumph has been a very successful project. The working relationship between Integra and Triumph has
been very positive throughout the construction phase. Working within the constraints or our site, Integra have delivered a building which has seamlessly linked into our existing R&D building. It has provided an high quality and pleasant working environment, including office areas, meeting rooms and a much loved canteen area. The fit and finish has been to a very high standard, with an open and airy feel that simply looks fantastic.
