Integra Buildings one of top 25 fastest-growing UK businesses, report reveals
"Our revenues have taken off over the past few years, but our success is built on very firm foundations, including maintaining the highest levels of quality and consistently meeting or exceeding our clients’ expectation."
Integra Buildings is one of the 25 fastest-growing businesses in the UK, according to expert analysis of organic revenue growth.
Award-winning Integra has been included in the annual Buzzacott Organic Growth 25 report, which champions British businesses who have achieved rapid growth without receiving significant external investment.
Buzzacott, a top 20 accountancy firm, evaluated thousands of high-growth businesses before naming the final 25, which is composed of companies whose revenues rose by at least 100% over a three-year period.
Integra, one of Britain’s leading modular building specialists, recorded a revenue increase of 122%, an accomplishment the report described as “an incredible journey of growth”.
Gary Parker, Integra’s Managing Director, said: “We’re delighted to be included in the OG25 list, which celebrates great British businesses who are achieving rapid and sustainable growth. Our revenues have taken off over the past few years, but our success is built on very firm foundations, including maintaining the highest levels of quality and consistently meeting or exceeding our clients’ expectations.
This achievement has been made possible by the skill, commitment and loyalty of our excellent team, as well as our valued partners in the supply chain. We thank them all for their outstanding efforts.”
Matt Katz, Partner and Head of Corporate Finance at Buzzacott, said: “Through our OG25 list, we’re proud to champion UK businesses that have thrived from organic growth – a method that requires tenacity, hard work and vision.
I personally want to congratulate every one of this year’s OG25 businesses and the teams behind them for achieving such exceptional growth, particularly given the challenging circumstances of the past 18 months.”
From humble beginnings, Integra has grown to be one of Britain’s leading specialists in the design, construction and fit-out of high-quality modular buildings for a wide range of uses, including education, sport, leisure, healthcare and commercial operations. Founded in 1997 by Mr Parker and a handful of colleagues, the business had a turnover of £37.5m last year and now employs more than 120 people at its base in Paull, near Hull.
In September this year, Integra was named Contractor of the Year at the national Offsite Awards – the sector’s industry Oscars – for delivering the Severn Trent Academy, a purpose-built centre of excellence for technical training serving Severn Trent Water’s 7,000 staff, as well as thousands of members of the wider community.
Last month, Severn Trent named Integra its Supplier of the Year in recognition of the success of the academy, which the FTSE 100 company described as “an amazing space in which to learn”. Meanwhile, in March this year, Integra was named in the prestigious Ward Hadaway list of Yorkshire’s ‘Fastest 50’ growing businesses. The accolades come at an exciting time for Integra as it looks forward to the next chapter of its growth story. The company is embarking on a major expansion of its base in Paull, near Hull, which is key to the management’s ambitions to increase revenues to £60m within three years.
